Common questions.

No. Your plan calibrates to your experience level — beginner, intermediate, or advanced — and starting weights begin conservatively. You'll feel challenged, not buried.

Tell me. I build around what you have — dumbbells, bands, a pull-up bar, or just bodyweight. I rebuild your programme around your equipment list, not against it.

After each session I read your logged weights, reps, effort, and notes. If a lift was easy, I add load. If form broke down, I hold. It all cascades into next week's plan automatically.

Not yet. Apple Watch, Garmin, and Wear OS / Android watch integration is on our roadmap — heart-rate and calorie sync will land in a future update. For now Ionik works phone-only.
